As of May 17, 2022 The Cataline will be closed for a period of time, however if you are a Repeat Customer, please do contact us by phone (if answered by the message machine, please note it may be a day or 2 before we return your call).

There are 4 ways to contact us. However, while we are on site 24/7, we are a small family business, which means we are seldom in the office; we usually close at 10 pm so as not to disturb sleeping guests with late rentals. There is a bell should staff be needed at night.

Stopping by is best – you can look at available rooms and our camping options; should the office be locked, there will be directions posted on the door where to find us.

By email poprightinn@catalinemotelcamping.com, or use the form, however normally we only check these once, mid-morning so you may not receive a reply to a ‘last minute’ inquiry.

By phone 1-250-842-5271 between 8 am & 10 pm – please leave a message if we are out of the office – we check the machine every hour or so and will return your call!

Please be assured that if you contact us by any of the above methods, we will do our best to take care of any and all requests in a timely manner.

The following is provided as it seems some GPS and maps are incorrect.
When you see the building on our Home Page, you will know you are at the correct destination (also see gallery photos).

Driving West: 4 km after leaving New Hazelton, turn right/ North off Hwy 16 at the South Hazelton intersection onto Omineca Avenue Loop Road, then at the next intersection turn right onto Dewar Street (no thru road), and to access our property – turn left immediately – the office (see photo) is ½ way down the building. Visitors should then see the campgrounds and the second entrance. Traveling East, the South Hazelton exit is a left turn off Hwy 16 onto Aldous Street, the other end of the Loop Road, with a reduced speed limit past residential neighbourhoods (great route for cyclists); after the 90 degree bend, it is 3 blocks to the Cataline (another left turn). Or, stay on Hwy 16 for 4 more km and use the left-hand turning lane just around the bend for access to Omineca.
